The firm's roots date back to 1925 when Harry Serotte established an office for the practice of law in Buffalo, New York.

From the 1960s to the 1970s, Harry's son, Donald D. Serotte, along with Samuel L. Green, now a Justice of the New York State Appellate Division, concentrated the practice in criminal and civil litigation.

Current Senior Partner, William Z. Reich (pictured above), introduced immigration law to the firm in 1975.
