Andrew Wilson has been invited to serve as a speaker for an American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) webinar. Scheduled for May 30, 2013 at 2:00 pm, the webinar is entitled ”Visa Strategies for Consultants: Is There Hope?” Mr. Wilson will serve on a panel that will discuss TNs, H-1Bs, O-1s, E-1s, B-1 in Lieu of H-1Bs and other options for Consultants under U.S. immigration law.
