Zabrina Reich

Zabrina V. Reich, Esq. is a partner at Serotte Reich, LLP. Ms. Reich handles a wide array of immigration matters including family and employment-based immigration (immigrant and non-immigrant), adjustment of status, waivers and border/admissibility issues, immigration consequences of criminal convictions, visa denials, conditional residency and Naturalization. Her experience includes working with clients in a diverse range of industries including but not limited to: professional sports, music and entertainment, fashion, healthcare, education, technology and business.

Ms. Reich is very creative and represents clients in complex and highly technical immigration matters. She is an excellent problem solver and a highly effective communicator with clients, courts, companies, attorneys and government officials.

Ms. Reich’s decision to practice in immigration law is a natural progression from her family roots – her mother is Canadian with extensive family in Niagara Falls, Ontario and a practicing attorney and her father is Israeli, born in Tel Aviv shortly after WWII. Her father, William Z. Reich, is the Senior Partner at Serotte Reich and is recognized as an expert legal strategist with a specialty toward solving complicated and challenging immigration matters. Ms. Reich is also a dual citizen of the U.S. and Canada.

Ms. Reich’s father introduced immigration law to the firm (formerly known as Serotte, Hailey, Hoffman & Green) in 1975 and has been exclusively practicing immigration law for over 40 years. Ms. Reich joined Serotte Reich in 2013 focused on preserving her father’s legacy and passion and with an eye toward positioning the firm for future growth.

Ms. Reich graduated with distinction from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies in 2008. After graduating from Michigan, Ms. Reich returned to her hometown, Buffalo, New York, to obtain her J.D./M.B.A. from the University at Buffalo. She received her J.D. magna cum laude and her M.B.A with a marketing concentration from the University at Buffalo in 2013. While pursuing her J.D./M.B.A., Ms. Reich interned with Madison Square Garden and the Honorable Samuel L. Green, New York State Appellate Division, Fourth Department. She also spent a semester studying law at the highly acclaimed Bar Ilan University located outside of Tel Aviv, Israel.
