While hiring and transferring foreign nationals is important to many companies, actually coordinating those immigration issues can be challenging to HR professionals. Immigration laws are confusing, and policies frequently change which makes it difficult to stay current. Combine that complexity with the limited amount of time and resources available to address these matters, and immigration becomes one of the more frustrating aspects of the HR role.

While some HR professionals have years of experience with immigration issues, others are new to this area and struggling to understand how the system works. Whether experienced or new to immigration, all can benefit from current updates and having their specific immigration questions answered. This will create added value to the HR professional who can efficiently manage a company’s immigration needs.

In order to stay up to date with important immigration issues, join our LinkedIn Group entitled “Immigration Information for HR Professionals”. This group was formed because of the mountain of misinformation that is prevalent online with respect to U.S. immigration law and issues. Immigration law is challenging enough without having to worry about whether the info you obtain is accurate.

The purpose of this group is to provide a forum to find reliable answers to any and all of the difficult questions that arise when managing immigration matters. Whether it involves questions about visa options, timing, or something very specific, HR professionals deserve a reliable outlet to find the answers they need.
