Dear Bill, Tony and Kathleen,
Thank you very much for all your help today with my application for a TN VISA. This time around it took 15 mins and we were done while it took the guy at the airport 2 hours to tell me that I didn’t qualify and that I should be applying for an L1B instead! Talking to the supervisor at the Buffalo border crossing about what happened at the airport he didn’t understand why I was refused as well.
