USCIS Revises Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker

USCIS has published a new Form I-140 petition, which is used by employers to sponsor individuals for employment-based green cards. The new I-140 form is available here. Individuals interested in learning more about this form or the green card application process may contact our office.
