SRW is a boutique immigration law firm that exclusively handles U.S. and global immigration cases. Immigration law is a federal practice, which allows attorneys at SRW to represent clients from all over the world.
SRW represents large multi-national corporations with headquarters in Europe, Canada and the U.S., as well as smaller businesses, families, individuals and other law firms. Unlike many other immigration firms, SRW also represents clients in immigration and federal court proceedings.

- Non-immigrant visas such as those for business travel (B-1), temporary employment (H-1B, L-1, TN), study or training (F-1, M-1, J-1), artists (O-1), sports professionals (P-1), etc.
- Employment-based green cards such as those for top scientists, researchers, or executives, for those with advanced education, and for professionals.
- Family-based green cards such as those for relatives of U.S. citizens, or permanent residents.
- Waivers to overcome barriers to entry to the U.S. due to inadmissibility issues.
- Immigration court for individuals facing removal (deportation from the U.S.).
