Starting May 5, 2014, USCIS will only accept the new version of the N-400, Application for Naturalization. See USCIS’ Alert. The new N-400 form is dated September 13, 2013, and can be found at USCIS’ website. The government will reject any applications using older N-400 forms after May 4, 2014.
