While hiring and transferring foreign nationals is important to many companies, actually coordinating those immigration issues can be challenging to HR professionals. Immigration laws are confusing, and policies frequently change which makes it difficult to stay current. Combine that complexity with the limited amount of time and resources available to address these matters, and immigration becomes one of the more frustrating aspects of the HR role.
While some HR professionals have years of experience with immigration issues, others are new to this area and struggling to understand how the system works. Whether experienced or new to immigration, all can benefit from current updates and having their specific immigration questions answered.
