USCIS Accepting H-1B Petitions for Fiscal Year 2015 Starting April 1, 2014

USCIS began accepting H-1B visa petitions on April 1, 2014 for fiscal year 2015. According to a recently published notice, USCIS has indicated that it expects the H-1B cap to be hit again during the first week of April.
