USCIS Introduces New e-Request Tool

USCIS has introduced a new function in their online inquiry tool e-Request that allows you to submit a question to USCIS regarding your case if:
• Your case has been pending longer than posted processing times.
• You did not receive a notice you were expecting from USCIS such as an interview notice or a biometrics appointment.
• A USCIS-issued card, document or notice has a typo.
• You are requesting a disability accommodation at a USCIS office.
In addition, customers can also submit inquiries about USCIS-issued cards and documents that they have not yet received in the mail.
