USCIS Annoucnes New Immigrant Fee Beginning February 1st 2013

USCIS has announced that beginning February 1st, 2013, USCIS will now require an Immigrant Fee of $165 from individuals who applied for a green card through immigrant visa processing. After individuals have received their immigrant visa package from the U.S. consulate/embassy, they will now be required to pay this new fee online through the USCIS website before they depart for United States.
