USCIS Publishes More Info on H-4 Work Authorization

USCIS has released the following information on the new rule allowing employment authorization for certain H-4 visa holders:

Eligible H-4 visa holders may not apply for employment authorization under this rule until May 26, 2015. If a Form I-765 is filed before May 26, 2015, USCIS will reject the application.
